2020 has officially begun, and with it, Flipkart’s first sale of the year. At midnight, the e-commerce website kicked off the first Flipkstart Days for 2020 which will go on till January 3. The three-day sale which began on January 1 will see Flipkart offering hundreds of deals across all major product categories.
The company has also tied up with banks to provide additional discounts and is also extending no-cost EMI and exchange offers on select products during the sale. Flipkart will also offer EMI options with select debit cards.
The e-commerce portal has revealed that during Flipkart’s Flipstart Days sale, it will offer up to 80 per cent discount on electronics and accessories, with a preview of these offers currently live on the landing page for the sale that up on the website.
Apart from 80 per cent off on electronic accessories, TVs, ACs and refrigerators are also available with up to 50 per cent off.
Among the most sought after products that are being made available during the sale are smartphones from Redmi and Realme. The entry-level Realme 5s with 64GB ROM and 4GB of RAM paired to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 Processor is available for Rs 9,999. The phone also comes with a quad-camera system — 48- megapixel primary lens, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel Super Macro lens, and 2-megapixel portrait lens — that makes it a great deal at the price.
The Realme X2 is also available at a good discount with the company currently selling it at a starting price of Rs 16,999. For the price, the phone gets 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC.
For cameras, there’s a quad lens set-up with a 64-megapixel lens sat next to an 8- megapixel camera and two 2-megapixel lenses. At the front, there’s a 32-megapixel lens for clicking selfies.
Redmi’s trusted Note 7 Pro is also being made available at a discounted price of Rs 9,999. For the price, the phone gets 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC. For cameras, there’s a dual-lens set-up at the back, while at the front we have a 13-megapixel lens for selfies.
