The new Chetak electric scooter will have a couple of driving modes — Eco and Sport. Bajaj Auto claims a range of 95 km in the Eco mode and 85 km in the Sport mode for the Chetak.

Taking care of the suspension duties in Bajaj Chetak electric scooter is a single-sided tubular suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The all-metal body of the Chetak electric scooter does not have Bajaj branding on it. The instrument console is digital. Among the other features are horseshoe-shaped LED headlight with DRLs, sequential scrolling LED blinkers and a mobile app to assist the rider.

We are expecting Bajaj Chetak electric scooter to be available in the price range of Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The customers will have as many as six colour options to choose from in the new Chetak.
